Nancy Dunn of the Artesia Historical Museum and Art Center discusses the cookbook she and her staff curated titled “Artesia’s Most Wanted: Pioneer Recipes, 1900-1960” during a presentation Tuesday at the
Artesia Public Library. “Some of our greatest memories can be tied to food,” said Dunn. “That’s why we
decided to make this book; we captured some of those memories.” The books can be purchased at the
museum for $19.95, with the money raised going toward funding travelling exhibits in the museum’s Art
Center.
