    US presidential hopeful Marco Rubio to visit Puerto Rico

    SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — Republican presidential hopeful Marco Rubio is scheduled to visit the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico this week, his staff said Tuesday.

    Puerto Rico braces for TS Erika after 4 dead in Dominica

    SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic (AP) — A weakening Tropical Storm Erika drenched Haiti and the Dominican Republic on Friday after leaving a trail of destruction that killed at least 20 people and left another 31 missing on the small eastern Caribbean island of Dominica, authorities said.

    TS Erika swirls toward Puerto Rico, dumps heavy rain

    ROSEAU, Dominica (AP) — Tropical Storm Erika pounded the eastern Caribbean island of Dominica on Thursday, unleashing flooding and mudslides that killed at least four people and knocked out power and water supplies.
