    SANT’ANNA DI VINADIO, Italy (AP) — Vincenzo Nibali attacked on the final major climb of the Giro d’Italia and grabbed the pink jersey from Esteban Chaves to virtually clinch his fourth Grand Tour victory Saturday, capping a dramatic two days in the 99th edition of the Italian classic.

    Chaves takes Giro lead as Kruijswijk crashes into snowbank

    RISOUL, France (AP) — Steven Kruijswijk crashed into a snowbank on a dangerous descent and Colombian rider Esteban Chaves surprisingly took the overall lead in the Giro d’Italia following a wild 19th stage Friday.

    Report: BMX legend Dave Mirra had brain disease CTE

    TORONTO (AP) — Doctors have reportedly concluded that BMX rider Dave Mirra, who took his own life in February, suffered from the brain disease CTE.
