    Hamels strikes out 11, Rangers down Keuchel, Astros 9-2

    HOUSTON (AP) — Cole Hamels fanned a season-high 11 in eight sparkling innings and the Texas Rangers jumped on Dallas Keuchel early, cruising to an easy 9-2 win over the Houston Astros to complete a three-game sweep Sunday.

    HOUSTON (AP) — Cesar Ramos held the Houston Astros in check for six innings by expertly mixing his pitches, and the Texas Rangers’ flame-throwing bullpen finished things off Saturday night.

    Lewis, Fielder lead Texas Rangers over Astros 2-1

    HOUSTON (AP) — Colby Lewis pitched seven scoreless innings and Prince Fielder provided the offense with a two-run double to lead the Texas Rangers to a 2-1 victory over the Houston Astros on Friday night.
