    Cardinals arrive in New York at 8:30 am after flight delay

    NEW YORK (AP) — The St. Louis Cardinals did not arrive at their hotel in New York until 8:30 a.m. Monday after a flight delay that followed a nationally televised night game.

    Long lines at Brazil airports with new security measures

    RIO DE JANEIRO (AP) — New, stricter security checks were implemented in Brazilian airports Monday, stalling travelers and delaying flights less than three weeks before Rio de Janeiro hosts the Olympics.
