INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Carlos Huertas was ruled out of the Indianapolis 500 two days before the race after he was diagnosed with an “inner ear condition” and failed to pass a medical exam.

Rome mayor wants Olympic medal ceremonies at Colosseum

ROME (AP) — Rome Mayor Ignazio Marino is proposing that medal ceremonies be held at the Colosseum if Rome wins the bid to host the 2024 Olympics.
