  • SECOND DOLLAR GENERAL - Artesia will soon have a second Dollar General location at 1110 N. First St. Construction has begun at the site, and Nolan Miles of Dollar General Corporate Communications says based on the current timeline, the company anticipates a mid-fall-2016 grand opening. “We look forward to offering Eddy County residents a convenient location to purchase products that are frequently used and replenished, such as food, snacks, health and beauty aids, cleaning supplies, basic apparel, housewares, and seasonal items at low everyday prices,” Miles said.
