Stephanie N. Kirkpatrick found guilty of interference with officers. Sentenced to 10 days with the ECDC Alternative Sentencing Unit. Total fines and fees $229. Charges of prowling were dismissed.
Mandi C. Carlo found guilty of operators and chauffeurs must be licensed. Total fines and fees $54.
Angel K. Lovato found guilty of shoplifting and trespassing. Sentenced to five days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $258.
Jeremy Perez found guilty of careless driving. Total fines and fees $79.
Shawna M. Ybarra found guilty of failure to appear for sentencing. Total fines and fees $129. In a separate ruling, Ybarra was found guilty of two counts of unlawful use of a license. Sentenced to eight days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $458.
Mark A. Robbins found guilty of failure to comply with conditions of supervised probation. Ordered to complete remaining 70 days of original sentence for supervised probation.
