ARTESIA MUNICIPAL COURT

— Caylan Hutson of Artesia found guilty of immediate notice of an accident, unlawful use of a revoked license, red light violation, and accidents involving damage to a vehicle. Sentenced to 90 days with the ECDC Alternative Sentencing Unit with 76 days suspended and ordered to have a SCRAM monitor installed no later than Aug. 2. Total fines and fees $541.

— Wanda J. King found guilty of stop sign violation and not guilty of reckless driving. Total fines and fees $54. A charge of mandatory financial responsibility was dismissed.

— Cesar A. Jimenez pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 85 days suspended and 90 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $129. In a separate ruling, Jimenez pleaded guilty to trespassing. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 87 days suspended. Total fines and fees\ $129.
