ARTESIA MAGISTRATE COURT

Judge Daniel Reyes Jr.

Jonathon Garcia, 30, of Artesia, found guilty of battery against a household member and criminal trespassing. Sentenced to 35 days in ECDC and 728 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $326. Charges of battery against a household member and criminal trespassing were dismissed by the prosecutor. In a separate ruling, Garcia was scheduled to appear Aug. 17 for pretrial conference on charges of battery, battery against a household member, and injuring or tampering with a motor vehicle.
Connie E. Hernandez, 54, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Aug. 15 for non-jury trial on charges of driving on a suspended license, expired registration, and no proof of insurance.
Dion Ochoa, 23, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of two counts of aggravated battery against a household member, two counts of bribery of a witness, criminal damage to property, and battery against a household member.
Danielle Sifuentes, 41, of Artesia, found guilty of two counts of battery against a household member. Sentenced to 45 days in ECDC and 728 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $299.
Thomas Arana, 32, of Artesia, found guilty of harassment. Sentenced to five days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $123. In a separate ruling, Arana was found guilty of battery against a household member. Sentenced to 21 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $123.
Curtis Coleman, 35, of Las Cruces, found guilty of driving on a suspended license. Sentenced to eight days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $331.
David Allen Bradshaw, 44, of Artesia, found guilty of aggravated DWI. Sentenced to two days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $541. Charges of failure to maintain traffic lanes and no proof of insurance were dismissed.
John E. Lerma, 24, of Hagerman, bound over to district court on charges of two counts of aggravated battery against a household member and interference with communications.
