Antonio Saiz, 28, of Artesia, found guilty of battery against a household member. Sentenced to 90 days in ECDC and 728 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $223. In a separate ruling, Saiz was scheduled to appear Aug. 24 for a probation violation hearing.
Michael Jimenez, 25, of Artesia, scheduled to appear July 27 for preliminary examination on charges of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, conspiracy to commit unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, battery against a household member, and aggravated assault against a household member.
