Luis Uribe-Lara, 19, of Artesia, found guilty of aggravated DWI (second offense), reckless driving, possession of alcohol by a minor, and driving without a license. Sentenced to 47 days in ECDC and three years of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $1,366.
Becky A. Duran, 37, of Hobbs, bound over to district court on charges of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.
Caleb Herrera, 25, of Artesia, found guilty of aggravated DWI (first offense), unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon, negligent use of a deadly weapon, stop or yield intersection violation, and no proof of insurance. Sentenced to seven days in ECDC and one year of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $719.
Alfonso D. Hernandez, 30, of Artesia, found guilty of DWI (first offense), expired registration, and no evidence of registration. Sentenced to 90 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $388.
Charges of battery against a household member nolle prosequied against Owen Saylor, 50, of Artesia.
Austin Boone, 44, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of aggravated fleeing from a law enforcement officer and driving on a revoked license.
Valentin Gutierrez, 35, of Artesia, found guilty of concealing identity, no seatbelt, and open container. Sentenced to 182 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $271.
Jonathan Carter, 24, of Artesia, found guilty of shoplifting. Sentenced to two days in ECDC and 362 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $123.
Lance Pacheco, 32, of Artesia, found guilty of speeding (over 16 mph) and not wearing a seatbelt. Total fines and fees $312. In a separate case, Pacheco is scheduled to appear for preliminary examination June 22 on charges of possession of a controlled felony narcotic.
James Gillium, 33, of Roswell, found guilty of use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana (under one ounce). Sentenced to 41 days in ECDC and 319 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $326.
Steven Hernandez, 33, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for preliminary examination June 1 on charges of burglary of a vehicle, unauthorized use or theft of the card of another, and theft of a credit card.
Michael C. Sloan, 33, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation and failure to pay fines. Sentenced to 39 days in ECDC.
Crystal Bravo, 35, of Artesia, found guilty of disorderly conduct and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer. Sentenced to three days in ECDC and 361 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $176.
Charles Stroud II, 29, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for pretrial conference July 6 on charges of battery against a household member.

Scott A. Maynard found guilty of shoplifting. Sentenced to 20 days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $229. In a separate ruling, Maynard was found guilty of failure to appear. Total fines and fees $129.
Oliver Ortiz found guilty of operators and chauffeurs must be licensed. Total fines and fees $54.
Charges of mandatory use of seatbelts dismissed with prejudice against Harley M. Thatcher.
Ray Segura found guilty of unlawful use of a suspended license. Sentenced to four days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $229.
