Judge Kaye L. Kiper

Gonzalo A. Rodriguez found guilty of contempt of court, failure to pay fines. Sentenced to two days in the Artesia Detention Center.

Bibiana Ramirez Escoto found not guilty of speeding.
Brandi M. Godwin found guilty of battery. Sentenced to 30 days with the ECDC Alternative Sentencing Unit and 90 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $329.
