Lillian Renee Tucker, 21, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for non-jury trial April 13 on charges of battery upon a household member and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.
Hilardo Juarez, 24, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for pretrial conference May 4 on charges of aggravated battery against a household member.
Darren C. McCurdy, 47, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation and failure to pay. Sentenced to 307 days in ECDC.
