Spencer S. Bland found guilty of operators and chauffeurs must be licensed. Total fines and fees $54.

Jack Muniz found guilty of unlawful use of a revoked license and speeding. Sentenced to seven days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $383.
Ambrosia I. McClung found guilty of two counts unlawful use of a suspended license. Sentenced to eight days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $458. In a separate ruling, McClung was found guilty of three counts of failure to appear for sentencing. Sentence to 10 days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $87. In a separate ruling, McClung was found guilty of five counts of failure to pay fines. Sentenced to nine-and-a-half days in the Artesia Detention Center.
Jennifer A. Driver found guilty of two counts of animals running at large and/or unrestrained. Total fines and fees $108.
Brianna L. Sarellano found guilty of failure to appear for arraignment. Total fines and fees $29.
Fabian Dehoyos found guilty of manufacture, possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 90 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $229.
Thomas L. Menzer found guilty of cruelty to animals, physical abuse. Total fines and fees $129.
