The Eddy County Sheriff’s Office has located more property belonging to the Eddy County Shooting Range Association (ECSRA) during a recent search of an Artesia address.

A trailer containing archery equipment was recently stolen from the Eddy County Shooting Range. The trailer itself was located in the 4000 block of West Grand Avenue and returned to the ECSRA Nov. 18.

A portion of the contained archery equipment was recovered last week in Roswell. Items found during the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Artesia were also identified as belonging to the ECSRA.

The investigation is ongoing, and criminal charges are pending. Anyone with information regarding the trailer theft or whereabouts of the missing archery equipment is asked to contact Det. Ray Williams with the ECSO at 746-9888 or Crimestoppers of Eddy County by calling 575-887-1888, texting the code word StopACrime plus the tip to 274637, or using the Tipsoft link at cityofcarlsbadnm.com/police.cfm.
