Carl David O’Bryan, 51, of Roswell, found guilty of aggravated DWI (second offense) and driving without a license. Sentenced to eight days in ECDC and 728 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $877.
Jose Adan Luevano, 38, of Artesia, found guilty of battery upon a household member. Sentenced to 728 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $423.
Carter Garcia, 35, of Hobbs, found guilty of battery upon a household member. Sentenced to 728 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $123.
Dakota Thiel, 22, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for pretrial conference Dec. 9 on charges of criminal trespass and shoplifting.
Jesus Gutierrez, 40, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for pretrial conference Dec. 9 on charges of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.
Marcelino Medina, 21, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for pretrial conference Oct. 7 on charges of two counts of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, three counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon, tampering with evidence, turn signal required, driving on a suspended license, and no driver’s license.

Emmery N. Hernandez Lara, 19, of Artesia, found guilty of failure to pay fines. Sentenced to three days in ECDC.
Benjamin A. Arenivas, 28, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for preliminary examination Oct. 14 on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana (under one ounce). In a separate case, Arenivas is scheduled to appear for pretrial conference Oct. 14 on charges of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christopher B. Huerta, 44, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for pretrial hearing Dec. 9 on charges of battery against a household member.
Sara Goldelma Garcia, 29, of Artesia, found guilty of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer. Sentenced to 90 day in ECDC and 274 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $123.
Brandon Reid, 32, of Farmington, scheduled to appear for non-jury trial Nov. 11 on charges of expired registration. In a separate case, Reid is scheduled to appear for sentencing Nov. 11 on charges of driving on a revoked license and no insurance.

Roy L. Adams found guilty of unlawful use of a suspended or revoked license. Sentenced to 14 days with ECDC alternative sentencing. Total fines and fees $329.
James E. Carrillo found guilty of unlawful use of a suspended or revoked license. Sentenced to seven days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $329.
Camilla C. Casares found guilty of shoplifting. Sentenced to 20 days with ECDC alternative sentencing. Total fines and fees $129.
Sarah Goldema Garcia found guilty of failure to pay fines. Sentenced to one day in the Artesia Detention Center.
