Daniel Aguilera, 20, of Artesia, bound over to district court for trial on charges of second—degree murder and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
Mark B. Shepherd, 34, of Artesia, found guilty of resisting, evading or obstructing and officer. Sentenced to 36 days at ECDC (36 days credit for time served). Total fines and fees $123.
Darren C. McCurdy, 46, of Artesia, found guilty of battery on a household member. Sentenced to 30 days at ECDC and 728 days supervised probation. Total fines and fees $223.
William Roberts, 69, of Artesia, bound over to district court for trial on charges of arson, criminal damage to property, indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
Genaro Lopez—Gonzalez, 32, of Roswell, bound over to district court for trial on charges of resisting, evading or obstructing and officer, four counts of child abuse, receiving stolen property (firearm), use or possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
Isaih T. Salmon, bound over to district court for trial on charges of five counts of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, four counts of larceny, five counts of criminal damage to property and two counts of burglary of a vehicle.
Robert Trueblood, 28, of Artesia, found guilty of battery on a household member and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 364 days supervised probation. Total fines and fees $198.
