CONI says it will appeal to CAS over Kostner’s 16-month ban

ROME (AP) — The Italian Olympic Committee says it will appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport to lengthen the 16-month ban given to former figure skating world champion Carolina Kostner.

Olympic champion Sotnikova to skip world championships
