Kirk looking for the next level

ST. SIMONS ISLAND, Ga. (AP) — Chris Kirk had a five-week break that featured no Ryder Cup and no complaints. Considering the Americans’ ugly loss at Gleneagles and the resulting fallout, it was probably a good one to miss.

Dufner returns from injury at Perth International

PERTH, Australia (AP) — Jason Dufner is set to return to tournament play on Thursday at the Perth International after missing nearly three months of golf in which he “totally detached” himself from the sport and didn’t watch any of the Ryder Cup on television.
