Latvala wins Rally of Portugal ahead of Ogier

FAFE, Portugal (AP) — Jari-Matti Latvala won the Rally of Portugal after holding off Volkswagen teammate and two-time defending world champion Sebastien Ogier on Sunday.

Figo tells AP he is quitting FIFA presidential race
