DOVER, Del. (AP) — NASCAR driver Kurt Busch’s breakup with his ex-girlfriend turned into an ugly court battle Tuesday when she described Busch in testimony as unstable and struggling with alcoholism and depression. His attorneys countered, describing her as untrustworthy and “extremely mercenary.”

NEW YORK (AP) — Sony Pictures Entertainment now faces two lawsuits from four former employees who claim the company did not do enough to prevent hackers from stealing nearly 50,000 social security numbers, salary details and other personal information from current and former workers.

Man sentenced for burglary of Bob Stoops’ home

NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — A man who pleaded guilty to burglarizing the home of Oklahoma football coach Bob Stoops has been sentenced to nine months in jail and given a 10-year suspended sentence.

Bills Dareus’ court hearing postponed to Jan. 13
