GLASGOW, Scotland (AP) — In Usain Bolt’s absence, training partner Kemar Bailey-Cole collected the first individual gold of his career by winning the 100 meters at the Commonwealth Games on Monday.

GLASGOW, Scotland (AP) — The head of the Commonwealth Games says the event is using a “quality over quantity” drug-testing approach targeting specific sports based on intelligence received from anti-doping agencies.
