FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) — A phone company official testifying in Aaron Hernandez’s murder trial says several text messages the former NFL player exchanged with a co-defendant before the killing are missing from his phone.

FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) — Ex-New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez ran up a $243 bar tab and smoked marijuana in the hours before the boyfriend of his fiancee’s sister was shot to death, according to testimony Thursday at his murder trial.

FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) — A Massachusetts State Police sergeant has testified that the shell casings found in Aaron Hernandez’s rental car and at the murder scene were fired from the same weapon.

FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) — Prosecutors in the murder trial of former New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez on Tuesday played video surveillance that showed his fiancee removing a trash bag from the home and putting it in a car the day after the victim was killed.

FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) — Two women who cleaned the home of former New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez testified Monday at his murder trial that they saw guns stashed in three places in his house before the killing.
