Fleeting Bolt visit could be key to Glasgow Games

HOYLAKE, England (AP) — Sergio Garcia doffed his cap, patted his heart and blew kisses to the crowd surrounding the 18th green at Royal Liverpool after clinching what ultimately would be a fourth second-place finish at a major.

HOYLAKE, England (AP) — Tom Watson’s ball rolled on to the 18th green at Royal Liverpool on Sunday and most of the spectators in the horseshoe grandstand gave him a prolonged standing ovation. And even a few shouts of “C’mon, Tom.”
