No positive doping tests at this year’s Tour

PARIS (AP) — The International Cycling Union says there were no positive doping tests at this year’s Tour de France, after more than 700 blood and urine samples were collected by the Cycling Anti-Doping Foundation.

BORJA, Spain (AP) — Alberto Contador took control of the Spanish Vuelta after former leader Nairo Quintana crashed and lost valuable time during the 10th stage won by Tony Martin on Tuesday.

Quintana takes Vuelta lead, Anacona wins 9th stage

Bouhanni wins 8th Vuelta stage, Valverde leads
