FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Charlie Lindgren made 36 saves and freshman Judd Peterson scored in overtime to give St. Cloud State a 3-2 victory over Michigan Tech 3-2 on Friday in the West Regional semifinals of the NCAA hockey tournament.

MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — Willie Raskob had a goal and an assist in a three-goal flurry in the first period and Minnesota-Duluth beat Minnesota 4-1 on Friday night in the first round of the Northeast Regional of the NCAA hockey tournament.

Man sentenced in crash that injured UND hockey player

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — An Arvilla man convicted of misdemeanor aggravated reckless driving in an incident that severely injured a member of the University of North Dakota women’s hockey team has been sentenced to about four months in jail.
