LAUSANNE, Switzerland (AP) — IOC President Thomas Bach praised Paris as an “exemplary” potential candidate to host the 2024 Olympics after meeting with French President Francois Hollande on Thursday.

Hungary PM Orban ready to back 2024 Olympic bid by Budapest

LAUSANNE, Switzerland (AP) — The Hungarian government is prepared to support a bid by Budapest to host the 2024 Olympics, Prime Minister Viktor Orban told The Associated Press on Thursday.
