I beleive there was another person killed there. Back in the 80’s or early 90’s. When he was hit with a cover on a vessel that exploded. I need to ask my dad who work there at the time. How could they know that, I mean everybody should keep it in the back of there minds.

Good for you GW – I am so impressed with your ability to Google; however, I believe the writer was simply following Mr. Lackey’s lead – for as an ‘expert’ or company employee, one would assume Mr. Lackey was giving accurate information about the testing done on site.
