Taste of the Pecos Valley to Fight Domestic Violence, sponsored by the Altrusa Club of Artesia and Grammy’s House, will be held from 1-4 p.m. Saturday at Hotel Artesia. Tickets are available at the door for $25 and are all-inclusive. Pictured from left, Celina Bryant, Lupe De La Rosa, Joyce Lloyd, Deanne Luna, Joel Bell, Brianna Goodloe and Bobbie Goodloe display some of the items that will be available through both silent and live auctions. Not pictured is an upright Schiller Chicago piano, gift baskets from Chez Camille and the Cottonwood Winery, and an electric guitar donated by Aubrey Hobson of Old School, which will be playing throughout the event. Several local restaurants will also donate “tastes” of their cuisine, and a wine tasting will be offered by the Cottonwood Winery. Courtesy Photo
