Joey D. Burch, 50, of Carlsbad, found guilty of driving on a suspended license. Sentenced to seven days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $431.
Shauntiqua Felicia Fuller, 23, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of forgery, concealing identity, and shoplifting.
Primitibo Rodriguez, 29, of Artesia, bound over to district court on felony charges of battery against a household member.
Casey Chambliss, 33, of Plains, Texas, bound over to district court on charges of aggravated fleeing from a law enforcement officer.
Frank Holder, 35, of Roswell, bound over to district court on two counts of unlawful use or theft of an ATM or debit card.
Augustine L. Ramirez, 24, of Hobbs, found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 47 days in ECDC and 499 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $100.
