Gustavo Cueto, 51, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Nov. 16 for sentencing hearing on charge of first offense DWI.
Christopher G. Cano, 24, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Nov. 16 for pretrial conference on charges of aggravated DWI, careless driving and failure to give immediate notice of an accident.
Rogelio Chavira, 29, of Artesia, found guilty of concealing identity, speeding and no drivers license. Sentenced to 182 days supervised probation. Total fines and fees $345.
Cynthia R. Lara, 55, of Roswell, scheduled to appear Nov. 16 for pretrial conference on charge of use of telephone to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend.
Jeremy J. Quezada, 22, of Artesia, all charges of failure to comply with sex offender registration, aggravated burglary, larceny, criminal damage to property and larceny of a firearm were dismissed upon District Court finding of incompetency.
