ARTESIA MAGISTRATE COURT

Judge Daniel Reyes Jr.

  • Fernando Duran Cabral Jr., 35, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 42 days in ECDC and 40 days of supervised probation.
  • James T. Johnson, 38, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of breaking and entering and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.
  • Christine Hudson, 28, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of breaking and entering and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.
  • Nathaniel Harvey, 31, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

ARTESIA MUNICIPAL COURT

Judge Kaye L. Kiper

  • Mark A. Robbins found guilty of interference with officers. Sentenced to 10 days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $129. In a separate ruling, Robbins was found guilty of failure to comply with conditions of supervised probation. Sentenced to 63 days in the Artesia Detention Center.
