Mark Jimenez, 37, of Roswell, found guilty of unlawful use of a suspended license and no proof of insurance. Sentenced to 14 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $692.
David Segui, 43, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for pretrial conference on charges of aggravated DWI, careless driving, and improper equipment.
Leisha Duran, 33, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for extradition hearing on charges of being a fugitive from justice.
Christian Ramsey Escoto, 20, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for pretrial conference on charges of criminal damage to property of a household member.
Charges of two counts of battery against Michael Rodriguez, 35, of Artesia, transferred to district court for a competency hearing.
Jonathan Bernal, 21, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Oct. 5 for preliminary examination on charges of forgery and receiving stolen property. In a separate ruling, Bernal was found guilty of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer. Sentenced to 38 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $123.
