Kenneth J. Samora pleaded no contest to display of current valid registration plate, unlawful use of a suspended license, and mandatory financial responsibility. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 86 days suspended. Total fines and fees $422.
Nicholas Rodriguez pleaded guilty to contempt of court, failure to appear. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 90 days suspended. Total fines and fees $129. In a separate ruling, Rodriguez pleaded guilty to two counts of unlawful use of a suspended license. Sentenced to 180 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 172 days suspended. Total fines and fees $458.
Crystal R. Dornan pleaded guilty to contempt of court, failure to appear. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 90 days suspended. Total fines and fees $129.
Nathaniel B. Harvey pleaded guilty to contempt of court, failure to pay fines. Sentenced to four days in the Artesia Detention Center, credit time served, at a rate of $58 per day for $229 in outstanding fines and fees.
Daniel E. Fulwider pleaded guilty to one count of trespassing and found guilty of a second count. Sentenced to 180 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 160 days suspended. Total fines and fees $258. In a separate ruling, Fulwider pleaded guilty to manufacture, possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 80 days suspended. Total fines and fees $129.
Freddy Torres pleaded guilty to contempt of court, failure to appear. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 85 days suspended. Total fines and fees $129. In a separate ruling, Torres pleaded guilty to unlawful use of a suspended license. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 85 days suspended. Total fines and fees $129.
Cruz A. Munoz pleaded guilty to contempt of court, failure to pay. Sentenced to four days in the Artesia Detention Center, credit time served, at a rate of $58 per day for $212 in outstanding fines and fees.
Saira L. Aguilar pleaded guilty to six counts of contempt of court, failure to pay. Sentenced to 15 days in the Artesia Detention Center at a rate of $58 per day for $892 in outstanding fines and fees.

Christopher M. Salmon found not guilty of destroying or tampering with property.
Jennifer A. Shannon pleaded guilty to mandatory use of seatbelts, mandatory financial responsibility, display of current valid registration plate, and unlawful use of a revoked license. Sentenced to 90 days on ankle monitoring with 80 days suspended. Total fines and fees $541.
Lorenzo Gabriel Madrid pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 80 days suspended and 90 days of supervised probation, and ordered not to be on the property of Fenn’s Country Market. Total fines and fees $129.
Charges of possession of deadly weapons dismissed with prejudice against Melanie N. Villegas. In separate rulings, Villegas was found guilty of two counts of turning and stopping movements and required signals. Total fines and fees $108.
Augustine L. Ramirez pleaded guilty to three counts of contempt of court, failure to appear. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 85 days suspended on the first count and 90 days in the ADC with 90 days suspended on the second and third counts. Total fines and fees $287.
Charges of petty larceny/fraud dismissed with prejudice against Donald E. Lawson due to officer not being present for trial.
Ryan A. Morgan pleaded no contest to four counts of contempt of court, failure to comply. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 47 days suspended on the first count, 90 days in the ADC with 80 days suspended on the second count, and 90 days in the ADC with 90 days suspended on the third and fourth counts. Total fines and fees $516. In a separate ruling, Morgan pleaded no contest to manufacture, possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia, operators and chauffeurs must be licensed, and mandatory financial responsibility, with charges of prowling dismissed. Sentenced to 90 days in the ADC with 80 days suspended. Total fines and fees $412. In a separate ruling, Morgan pleaded no contest to mandatory use of seatbelts and possession of marijuana. Sentenced to 15 days in the ADC with 10 days suspended. Total fines and fees $258.
Angel M. Saiz pleaded guilty to stop lamps, signal lamps and signal devices and unlawful use of a revoked license. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 83 days suspended, credit time served. Total fines and fees $383.
Brandon R. Bolner pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 89 days suspended and ordered to not be on the property of Wal-Mart. Total fines and fees $129.
Cassandra M. Martinez pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Sentenced to 90 days on ankle monitoring with 75 days suspended and 90 days of supervised probation, and ordered to not be on the property of Wal-Mart. Total fines and fees $129.
Clydine Baca pleaded no contest to unlawful use of a suspended license, mandatory financial responsibility, and display of a current valid registration plate. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 86 days suspended. Total fines and fees $422.
Gilbert Martin Grado found guilty of contempt of court, failure to pay. Sentenced to two days in the Artesia Detention Center at a rate of $58 per day for $104 in outstanding fines and fees.
Joey Sigala found guilty of contempt of court, failure to pay. Defendant paid fines and fees in full and was released.
Timothy J. Salazar pleaded no contest to two counts of contempt of court, failure to pay fines. Sentenced to eight days in the Artesia Detention Center at a rate of $58 per day for $476 in outstanding fines and fees.
Christopher Noble pleaded guilty to a charge of operators and chauffeurs must be licensed, amended from unlawful use of a suspended or revoked license. Total fines and fees $54.
