The Chase Foundation has aligned an entourage of presentations and expert speakers to provide insight to 2014 Chase Scholarship recipients during a four-day orientation scheduled for June 16-19 at the Artesia Country Club.
The student banquet dinner, set for Wednesday, June 18, will feature T. Boone Pickens, well-known business magnate and financier, as the keynote speaker. Pickens will be detailing what he feels the country must do to win back its energy independence through an aggressive, wide range pursuits from alternative energy options to clean energy.
