Dr. Owen Taylor is remembered as a man of good character who was faithful to the Lord, loved his family, and practiced medicine with compassion.

“He loved medicine, but he loved people and people loved him,” said June, Taylor’s wife and childhood sweetheart. “I don’t know how to explain my life with him except to say that it was just about perfect. I was so crazy about him, I thought he hung the moon. He acted like I did, so it worked real well.”

June says life with Dr. Taylor was a joy. He was funny and always pleasant. His children respected him, and they had a great life.

“We had a lot of fun, and we had a lot of love,” said June. “He could take the worst of situations and make people smile. That’s where I say the good Lord used him as a special person.” … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
