Artesia City Councilors have approved a proposal from Presbyterian Medical Services (PMS) for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application.
CDBG is a program that awards grants to communities seeking development to benefit low and moderate income families.
The proposal, approved at Tuesday’s council meeting, is for the expansion of the PMS clinic by approximately 2,070 square feet and would add three dental operatories, two exam rooms and additional office space. … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
