The Eddy County Commission approved today the formation of a task force that will take on the burden of suggesting code enforcement actions to the commission.

The task force will consist of members chosen by each county commissioner to represent his or her districts. Members of the task force will be expected to determine specific rules for the preparation of any potential amendments to existing code-enforcement ordinances and to vote on possible new ordinances for the county, submitting their verdict to the commission. … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
