ARTESIA — The Christmas for our Troops campaign is ongoing in Artesia, and the organization has issued a list of preferred and needed items to be sent to members of the military.
Local drop-off locations include Patterson Welding, Pecos Diamond, Navajo Refining, Edward Jones, Wilbanks Trucking, Witherspoon Chiropractic, Western Bank, Wal-Mart, O’Reilly’s, Yeso Elementary School, the Artesia Animal Clinic and Jaynie’s Beauty Shoppe, and the last day to drop off gift packages is Dec. 7. … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
