Carol Holland, a Breast and Cervical Cancer (BCC) provider at Yucca Healthcare Center, will be providing clinical breast exams during the month of October. Funding will be available to those who qualify. Yucca Healthcare will also be hosting the Assured Imaging Mammogram Van, scheduled to be in Artesia from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Nov. 21. Pre-scheduled appointments only will be taken for mammograms. The BCC program is designed for people who do not have health insurance or have high deductibles. The program is set up to make exams available to those who qualify to have their testing paid for by the State of New Mexico.
