A new Artesia branch of CARC Inc. early intervention child development services office is now located at 315 W. Washington Ave.
CARC is a nonprofit organization based in Carlsbad and designed to provide early childhood development services for children ages birth to 3 years of age. Services are preferred to be performed in the home of the clients.
