Brainard Park at 13th Street and Gilchrist Avenue was vandalized over the weekend, with graffiti reported at the Artesia High School baseball stadium on Friday and again on Sunday.
There have been approximately 15 reports of graffiti between Aug. 26 and Sept. 8, with the majority of the incidents occurring on the north side of Artesia, according to the Artesia Police Department. … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
