Artesia fire captain earns prestigious position

Artesia Fire Department Captain and paramedic Marc Nason was selected last week to serve as a member of the New Mexico Statewide Emergency Medical Services (NMEMS) Advisory Committee.
“Captain Nason has been an invaluable member of our department,” said Fire Chief J.D. Hummingbird. “His skills and knowledge are second to none, and this is exactly what I’ve come to expect from him.
