Matthew Sloan, 30, of Carlsbad, will be tried in Eddy County District Court Tuesday for the 2012 murder of Tim Wallace of Artesia.
It began with shouts of “Go, go, go,” say police, as Sloan and two accomplices allegedly kicked open the door of Wallace’s residence in early 2012.
