 The Eddy County Elected Officials Float was represented by: County Commissioner of District 2 Royce Pearson,  County Commissioner Glenn Collier, Chief Deputy Clerk Robin Bandetta, Chief Deputy Assessor  Gemma Ferguson, Delia Collier, and County Assessor Karen Robinson.    On Monday, July 22nd everyone put on their Artesia pride and came out to support the beginning of the 2013 Eddy County Fair.   Drug and Crime Coalition Program Director, Sarah Hellums, represented the EddyfCounty DWI float.  The float was made by students that are participating in the Underage Drinking Teens Talk program.   Tuesday morning the fairgroundspacked in the crowd as the shows began with Judge, Ricky Sherrill, of Levelland, Texas. He selected Geraldo Mariscal’s Purebred Buck for Best of Show, and Leslie Breanne Smith’s, New Zealand-Doe, Best Opposite in the Breeding Rabbit Show.
