Members of Eddy County’s 4-H and FFA groups were out in force Saturday at the Eddy County Fairgrounds, painting, sweeping, raking and scrubbing the facility into shape for next week’s 68th Eddy County Fair. Participants will begin moving livestock and other entries into the fairgrounds Saturday, with the fair officially opening Monday, July 22, and running through Saturday, July 27.
