For David and Vickie Grousnick, what began in 2012 as a simple desire to provide Artesians with a fun summer activity has taken on a life of its own.
The Second Annual Tate Branch Auto Group Smokin’ on the Pecos State BBQ Championship – sanctioned by both the Kansas City Barbeque Society and the Rocky Mountain BBQ Association – is swiftly morphing into the state’s premier barbecue cookoff and is making a name for itself on the national scene, as well.
