Following a media campaign created by conservative public policy group Goal Advocacy to press both Senator Martin Heinrich and Senator Tom Udall to take a position on the lesser prairie chicken’s potential listing by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS), Senator Udall spoke to the Daily Press, confirming his allegiance to working families in Southeastern New Mexico.
I am an ally with Southeastern New Mexico on this issue,” Sen. Udall said, discussing the lesser prairie chicken’s potential listing. “I am working very hard to see that we have success here and have a win-win situation.
