“Feeling at home here in Artesia,” former First Lady Laura Bush attended the 2013 Chase Scholars Annual Scholarship Awards Banquet on Tuesday night to recognize the seventh class of Artesia High School students to be accepted into the Chase Foundation Scholarship Program.
“I’m very happy to be here tonight to congratulate all of the 2013 scholarship fund recipients,” Bush said. “And, of course, I’m thrilled to be here with Mac and Marilyn and the whole Chase Family.
